Corus bank holds loans on 18 large condo projects in Florida. Tao is the latest condo project in the Sunrise area of Broward county of South Florida. This project was just aquired from Weitzer communities since the later was unable to make loan payments. The project is not completed and Corus will contract their own people for the termination, sales and marketing of these units.
