Condo residents do not want the redevelopment of the Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach

The residents of the “Palm Beach Towers” located right next to the “Royal Poinciana Plaza” in the island of Palm Beach do not want the redevelopment of this old shopping center and Theater (royal poinciana plaza) claiming that it would distract water views to more that 50 condos.
It has been proposed to demolish the landmarked Theater and built in its place a modern one with 350 seats as well as 30 condos.
